About

IT Wrangler is written by Marvin Muhangi, currently an MSP engineer with 4+ years in production environments across Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Fortinet, UniFi, RMM, and the vertical software nobody teaches you for industries like dental, legal, construction, etc.

Every post here is a real ticket. The exact symptom, sometimes the wrong guesses that wasted time, the actual root cause, and the fix that worked. No theory. Client details are anonymized, the chaos is real, but the IT Wrangler is here to tame it!
